The Collective, our sprawling work/live/play office club has no equal in Boston. Employees pop in first thing in the morning for coffee, at lunch for dining designed around their time and appetite, and after work (or bright and early!) for a yoga class, yoga session, massage, or quick digital detox. Convenient work stations also provide a place to work uninterrupted or huddle as a team.

Club VIP (Very Important Pets) is a beloved perk of working at Winthrop Center. Located right onsite, employees love knowing their best friend is being cared for right in the building by our highly trained staff. Club VIP services include daycare, grooming, shampooing, dog walking, and weekend boarding.

Cozy but expansive, the Collective Lounge is a unique space for hosting events of all sizes. Host a panel discussion for up to 125 guests or reserve the space for small group discussions scattered throughout the room.

This cozy, refined lounge and café offers grab-and-go breakfast and lunch with full-service barista all day.
This is also a space for relaxation at its best. After work, employees will love sipping their favorite cocktails at the 18-seat bar, or relaxing in lounge chairs overlooking Winthrop Center Park. This space is perfect for cocktail receptions and seated dinners alike and can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Collective Bar Capacity:
This centrally located hub is the place for intimate chats with local experts and thought leaders, informal talks or in-depth panel discussions. Of course, it’s equipped with state-of-the-art A/V.
Winthrop Center offers two distinctly different meeting rooms, each fully equipped to ensure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly.
With views of Federal Street and the grand Dale Chihuly glass installation, the Federal Room is available for private dinners, as well as daytime meetings.
Our most intimate gathering space with warm wood accents, the Devonshire Room overlooks the Connector and accommodates up to 50 guests.
Open to all employees, the Game Room is complete with billiards and a ping pong table. You know what they say about all work and no play.
