For the ultimate client dining experience, The Vermilion Club is an elegant setting that elevates every interaction. A modern chophouse perched on the Mezzanine level and named for the Dale Chihuly sculpture suspended over the stunning 55-foot bar, it’s open for lunch and dinner and boasts an array of dry-aged meats, whole fish, vegetable-forward entrées and shellfish – with an emphasis on Northeastern favorites.

The Lineup: a food hall that’s food heaven

Chef John Fraser's first-ever food hall, situated in The Connector on Winthrop Center’s ground floor, The Lineup delivers craveable fast-casual delights. Choose from smash burgers at Big Grin and Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas at Gatto Pazzo to vegetarian Mexi-Cali street food at Ariana and fresh Mediterranean bowls and pitas at IRIS Mezze. For all-day café eats and that daily dose of caffeine, Day Shift has everyone covered.

A culinary trailblazer

Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur John Fraser was mentored by Chef Thomas Keller at The French Laundry in the Napa Valley before moving to revered Paris restaurants Taillevent and Maison Blanche and later Compass, in New York, which was awarded two Michelin stars. He has brought his signature approach to Winthrop Center, combining modern fine dining, optimal wellness, and sustainable sourcing.
