Born and raised in LA, John was mentored by Chef Thomas Keller at The French Laundry in the Napa Valley before moving to revered Paris restaurants Taillevent and Maison Blanche. Now based in NYC, John is best known as Executive Chef of Compass, which was awarded two Michelin stars. He has brought his signature approach to Winthrop Center, combining modern fine dining, optimal wellness, and sustainable sourcing.
